By filling in the form requesting information, users authorise the Agriturismo Santa Chiara to make use of personal data. This data will not be communicated to any third parties. It will therefore be exclusively used by the agriturismo for sending information material strictly related to the website, in full compliance of the Leg. Decrees 196/03. The legal ownership of the data is of the Agriturismo Santa Chiara, Loc. Ponticelli - Città della Pieve - Perugia. Article 7 of the above mentioned Leg. Decree 196/03 recognises the interested party’s right of access to his own data and his right at any moment to request the deletion, the update, the correction, the completion, the blocking of any data wrongly used. The interested party has the right to withhold his personal data. Should the user decide to withhold his data, Readytec SpA will not be able to answer his request for information. It is the user’s right to consult, modify, oppose or cancel his own data by writing to the Agriturismo Santa Chiara
